Glue Digiseri TX 2 è la colla termoadesiva in polvere per il sistema DIGISERI9541 Textile che garantisce perfetta compatibilità con l’inchiostro bianco Ink Digiseri TX ed elevate performance di resistenza al lavaggio ed elasticità.

SUPPORTI PERSONALIZZABILI
Utilizzare in combinazione con la carta transfer (DIGISERI TXP) o il film transfer (DIGISERI TXF) e l’inchiostro serigrafico bianco Ink Digiseri TX per decorare cotone, tessuti naturali o sintetici, di qualsiasi colore.

STEP DI LAVORO

  • Stampa transfer in digitale
  • Stampa INK bianco in serigrafia
  • Applicazione colla nell’immediato. La colla termoadesiva in polvere va utilizzata, come ultimo passaggio, dopo aver stampato l’inchiostro serigrafico bianco sulle stampe digitali realizzate con i transfer DIGISERI TX (film o carta).
  • Asciugatura in forno a 150°C-160°C per 3-4 minuti
  • Applicazione carta transfer sulla superficie a 145°C per 10″-20″ – pressione 4atm/media. Rimozione liner a freddo.

RESISTENZA AL LAVAGGIO
Il tessuto personalizzato è lavabile in lavatrice, dopo 72 ore dalla sua realizzazione, a 40°C.
