Where will my order be delivered

1. Delivery timescales

All orders received through Shock Line Shop are processed and, if the merchandise is available, despatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, your products will delivered to you in a few days.

If you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Friday, the goods will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be despatched the following working day.

2. Lost Packages

On rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Shock Line Shop.

1. Shock Line Shop Packaging

Within the full range of packaging material all the card and paper is at least 60% recycled and all the packaging (tape included) is 100% recyclable. We currently run a 0.04% damage to consumer rate with this packaging which is industry leading.

We also conform to the European Union’s waste management regulations with our packaging; the regulation controls the packaging we send to the consumer ensuring that it is as minimal as possible and that all parts can be recycled by the consumer.

2. Different credit/debit card billing address

Your contact address must match your credit/debit card address. For this reason you may wish to provide a different delivery address.

3. Items despatched by courier

In most cases the merchandise will be delivered by courier (TNT International Courier). If no one will be able to sign acceptance  at your contact address you may wish us to deliver the goods to an address where someone will be able to accept the goods during normal business hours, for example, a work address.
